Founded in November 2014, the SkyPixel Community (hereinafter referred to as “SkyPixel”) is a global photography community owned by DJI Service LLC and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “DJI”) for enthusiasts and photographers to explore Fly Sports and share creative pieces, experiences, and shooting techniques.
This Policy applies to all users (“User” or “You”). By accessing, browsing SkyPixel or its content, submitting, posting, or uploading any content, including but not limited to tutorials, information, comments, pictures, videos, and photos (together as “User Content”) to SkyPixel or registering as a member of SkyPixel, or using SkyPixel and its content in any other means, you agree to comply with this Policy and the Term of Use (together, these “Terms“). Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy bear the same meaning as those given in the Terms of Use.
1．SkyPixel encourages Users to share the following content:
(i)Quality work taken with DJI products or any photographic device, including but not limited to pictures, videos, and panoramic photos;
(ii)Any content related to DJI products, including but not limited to aerial photography spot recommendations, aerial photography techniques, flight tutorials, product reviews, etc.

2．You hereby agree and undertake that any User Content you upload, submit, share, or post shall be original and must not contain or relate to:
(i)hateful, violent, abusive, obscene, sexual, graphic, indecent, war, separatism, protest, procession, inflammatory, or any other inappropriate material;
(ii)discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age or any other discriminatory content;
(iii)any material that is or might be deceptive, fake, false, inaccurate, or misleading;
(iv)terrorism or extremism;
(v)abusive, defamatory, slanderous, harassing, derogatory, offensive, vulgar, threatening, disrespectful, or any other material that might be annoyance, discomfort, disturbing, upset, sensitive or objectionable to any other person or party;
(vi)any material that infringes or may infringe any third party’s trade secrets, intellectual property rights, moral rights, portrait rights, privacy rights or any other rights, including but not limited to any material with a third party’s watermark;
(vii)political, religious or belief;
(viii)any promotions, marketing content, spam external links, or junk adverts that are not related to SkyPixel;
(ix)any material that has or may adversely affect DJI’s reputation or goodwill;
(x)any material that is or might violate or contrary to applicable laws, regulations, public policies, or social morality within the User’s country or territory of residence, or where the User Content was created;
(xi)any material that is or might be controversial or otherwise unsuitable.
3．SkyPixel retains the right to remove, amend, restrict access to, and/or delete any User Content without notification that it, in its sole discretion, considers breaches or might breach these Terms, without any requirement for any claim or complaint to be formally commenced or proved. SkyPixel reserves the right to remove, restrict access to, or delete any User Content if it receives a complaint against such User Content.
4．SkyPixel reserves the right to disable, restrict, or terminate any User’s account in its sole discretion if it finds these Terms breached or suspects fraud or improper use.
5．You acknowledge and agree that any User Content you upload, submit, or post is at your own risk. All materials, information, and opinions included and/ or expressed in any User Contents are not those of or endorsed by SkyPixel or DJI. SkyPixel and/or DJI shall not be responsible for any User Content.
6．SkyPixel may amend this Policy from time to time. Users who access SkyPixel after posted changes are bound by such modifications. Frequent review of this Policy is therefore recommended.
