Mavic Tutorials- Linking the Remote Controller

Controller now connected but Smart phone shows image and says "Dissconnected"???? Cant see pix or fly.

Have tried for3-4 hours. I'll be shipping it back with v bad review if it dose not LINK. Remote dose not even turn on. Just gives me battery life. No camera display at all.

Someone please help me my drone it links fine both ways but it wont show no picture on app and on app still says disconneted or in atti mode idk and the controller says connecting what do i do?

Just got Mavic Pro back from Texas after a newly purchased battery fried insides. Now no way does it connect to machine, and RC or WiFi does no good. What the heck is going wrong? Am open to any/all suggestions . . . FlyBoy & Babe.

I am having a promblem connecting the remote to the Mavic Platinum pro with my mobile device says all updates are in installed but cant control the mavic to fly with remote if its connected to my phone if in RC mode no problem but cant see what im recording which sucks and customer support told to erase and re install to no luck and starting to get fustrated.

* RC not recognised by DJI Assist 2 (V1.1.6) therefore caan not check RC firmware version. * RC not recognised by Mavic (Firmware: V01.04.0000) using DJI GO app (V4.1.10) * Mavic warning light continuously flashes 'yellow' indicating RC signal lost. * DJI GO app shows 'Gimbal disconnected'. * Have repeatedly attempted linking RC with Mavic, using both methods as per videos, without success. * All batteries at 100%. I now need some help -- will greatly appreciate feedback that will solve this (RC? problem.
