I am unable to get my remote controller to connect. It says system alert. I have looked at multiple tutorials and tried several things. I can get through part of them and things stop working and calibration fails. Any suggestions?

I bought Mavic Pro week ago but since than I am not able to fly because I am not able to calibrate, remote controller calibration and not even IMU calibration, using DJI assistance 2 download with iPhone 7 Plus. Need help.

Hello I tried to upgrade my Mavic Remote controller using the DJI Assistant 2. Battery was at 93%, my computer has internet. It starts downloading but it suddenly stops at 75%. After that the remote starts beeping, showing a message that it will shutdown. While trying to figure out what was happening, I touch one of the sticks and it cancels the shutdown. But the upgrade wasn't complete. At this moment the software is like stopped and the upgrade never ends.
