I have a DJI Smart controller and Mavic 2 Zoom and was using the DJI Osmo mobile in close proximity on a film set when I noticed that the signal kept dropping in and out - before I knew it, I had lost total signal and the batteries, although fully charged - keep showing N/A on the remote! HELP PLEASE

My drone has been saying 'Weak Signal' 'Transmission lost' 'Aircraft disconnected' for almost a month now, I've tried every firmware update on PC and Mac with different USB C cables and still nothing. I have reported it DJI on their forums countless times and had no response - what sort of company treats their customers like this?
